Healing is dedicated to creating an active forum for the global research community to publish and disseminate cutting-edge work in areas such as:

Article Types Accepted by Healing

  1. Invited Articles: Expert contributions requested by the editorial team (3,000–5,000 words).
  2. Original Research Articles: Original studies presenting significant findings (3,000–6,000 words).
  3. Reviews/Mini-Reviews: Summaries of existing research with critical analysis (3,000–7,000 words for reviews; 1,500–3,000 words for mini-reviews).
  4. Short Communications: Brief reports on novel or preliminary findings (1,500–2,500 words).
  5. Research Notes: Updates or addenda to existing studies or methodologies (up to 1,500 words).
  6. Letters to the Editor: Opinions or feedback on published work or current topics (up to 1,000 words).
  7. Scientific Reports: Detailed accounts of experiments or research methods (2,500–4,000 words).
  8. Case Studies: Analyses of specific cases offering practical insights (2,000–3,500 words).

Editorial Policy

Manuscripts submitted to Healing must be original works that have not been published elsewhere or are under consideration by other publications. Authors are responsible for ensuring that submissions comply with institutional approvals and that all co-authors consent to the manuscript’s publication.

Authorship

Each author must have made a significant contribution to the research, including conceptualization, data collection, analysis, or drafting and revising the manuscript. The corresponding author bears responsibility for all communications between the journal and co-authors.

Acknowledgments

Contributors who do not meet authorship criteria, such as those providing technical assistance or general support, should be acknowledged. Financial or material support must also be disclosed.

Peer Review

The journal aims for the rapid publication of high-quality research while maintaining a rigorous yet supportive peer-review process. Manuscripts with significant results are prioritized for review and publication. Decisions include acceptance as-is, acceptance after minor or major revisions, or rejection.

Plagiarism Policy

Authors are expected to avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism in all forms. Duplicate publication, the reuse of substantial parts of one’s previous work without appropriate citations, is strictly prohibited. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism will be rejected.

Submission Guidelines

A cover letter and title page must accompany all submissions, specifying the manuscript type (e.g., Invited Article, Research Article, Review). The manuscript must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.

Formatting Requirements:

  • Manuscripts must be typed in English on A4 paper, single-spaced, using Times New Roman (12-point font).
  • Section titles should be in bold, and the text should be justified with a 2.5 cm margin.
  • The title page must include the title (14-point bold), author names with affiliations (12-point bold), the corresponding author’s email, a running title (maximum 45 characters), and 4-6 keywords.
  • The abstract (250 words max) including background, aims 7 objective, methods & materials, result and conclusions, without references or abbreviations.

Sections should follow this structure:

References must be cited in superscript and listed at the end of the manuscript in the specified format (APA) for journals, books, chapters, and electronic articles.

Final Proof Submission

Upon acceptance, the corresponding author will receive page proofs for review in PDF format. Only after final approval will the article be published. Authors are encouraged to thoroughly review proofs for accuracy before final submission.
